Donnie was born and raised in Ooltewah. He was the owner/operator of Forrester Home Improvements and a US Marine veteran of the Vietnam War.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Surviving are his sons, Donnie Ray (Tracy) Forrester and Randall “Cotton” (Crystal) Forrester; daughter, Karen (Curtis) Randolph; 6 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brothers, Thomas and Steve Forrester; sisters, Lavada White and Anna Baxter; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 PM on Sunday, January 9, 2022 and from 1 to 2 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
Funeral Services will be at 2 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at Ooltewah Cemetery.
