Elaine was born in Dalton, GA and raised in Cleveland, TN. She was a graduate of Bradley Central High School and Bethel College. Elaine was retired as the owner of New Options Counseling where she had a long career that touched many lives. She also enjoyed fishing, traveling and spending time at the beach.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Quinton and Rebekah Wood; and grandson, Damien Fulton.
Surviving are life partner, Mary Ann Lawson; daughter, Laura Fulton; son, Larry (Leisa) Fulton; step-daughter, Tonya Lawson and husband, John Shaw; grandchildren, Ramie (Matt) Best and Jesse Fulton; and many fur babies.
A Memorial Service will be held at 6 PM on Friday, February 5, 2021 with Jen Newell officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
