Bill was born and raised in Rockbridge County, Virginia. He was a retired truck driver, a US Army veteran and a member of the Carpenter’s Cowboy Church in Ft. Oglethorpe, GA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gleason and Dorothy Cash, Sr.
Surviving are a son and a daughter.
Graveside Services will be at 12:30 PM on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Chattanooga National Cemetery with Pastor Jerry Davis officiating.
