Kimberly Susan Young Goins, 54, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, October 12, 2011. A lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area, she was preceded in death by her father, Thaxton Young. Survivors include her mother; Wanda Young; husband, Richard Goins, Chattanooga; daughter, Hiddi Beard; two sons, Michael and Noah Colbaugh; three grandchildren; two loving brothers, Donnie and Gary Young; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home chapel. A private family burial will be at a later date. The family will receive friends from 4-8 Friday and 12 noon until 8 p.m. on Saturday at the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 7414 Old Lee Highway.
