Peggy Sue Crittenden Grant devoted wife, mother and friend, arrived in her heavenly home Thursday, August 27th. A lifelong resident of Chattanooga, she was retired from Eyear Optical and was a member of the Divine Mercy of Jesus Church. She was preceded in death by a daughter Katherine Grace. She is survived by her husband, Terry L. Grant, her children: Jennifer (Aaron) Welch, John Edward (Ashley) Evans, Kimberly, Bryan, Titus, Gabriel, Havannah, Tristan, Elijah, Yera, Ayanna and Matthew Grant; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Aiden and Emma; her parents Jim Crittenden and Susie Michal; sisters Cindy (Britt) Henderson and Genia (Dewayne) Durham and numerous nieces, nephews, godchildren, fostered children, friends and extended family. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in the Valley View Chapel with Bishop Nathan Allee officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
