He was the son of the late Clyde Lee Hall and Dickie Sue Hall. Richard was a proud, lifelong member of the International Union of Operating Engineers. He was a member and Past Master of the Harrison Masonic Lodge F&AM #114. Richard loved going to yard sales, estate sales, BBQ cookouts and listening to music with his family and friends. Most importantly, Richard was a lifelong, hard core Democrat.
Richard was preceded in death by a brother, Randall “Rusty” Hall; a daughter, Rebecca “Becca” Hall and three nephews, Garan Scissom, Brian Scissom and Michael A. Hall
Survivors include his children, Dianna Hall, Harrison, TN, Stacy (Todd) Barnes, Ringgold, GA and Matthew Hall, Pensacola, FL; grandchildren, Alex Bonine, Caleb Barnes, Morgan Barnes, all of Ringgold, GA, Caiden Hall and Noah Hall, both of Pensacola, FL; a very special and dear friend, Kina Orr; siblings, Jeannie (Ken) Smith, Lookout Valley, TN, Michael (Connie) Hall, Harrison, TN and Jack (Nancy) Hall, Whitwell, TN as well as several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, April 9, 2022, in the funeral home chapel.
