Charles (Chuck) Coomer, 73, of Garfield Ridge, passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 9th 2025. Chuck was born on April 10th 1952 in Chicago. Son of Charles A. Coomer and Alvina E. Coomer, beloved husband to Laura L. (Nee) Lightfoot. Married for over 50 years, father to Jill (Jeffery) Podolski and Jennifer Coomer. Grandfather to James (Crystal), Tyler, Selene, and Cecilia. Great Grandfather to Sebastian and Lilah. Chuck worked as a union machine operator for over 40 years. He loved his His love for the 71 Malibu and his love for his animals.
