John P. Murray

John “Bud” Murray, 87, of Chicago, passed away on January 7, 2022. He was born January 6, 1935 to the late Patrick Murray and the late Mary Murray. He attended CVS High School, class of 1953. He worked for Local 281 - Sprinkler Fitters. He was the greatest uncle ever. He was a historian and he enjoyed golf, skiing, scuba diving, football, traveling and dancing. He was an outstanding individual willing to help anyone. His nephews will cherish his memories: Frank Nunez, Larry Nunez, David Nunez, Patrick Harper and Tom Leahy. Memorial visitation will be on Monday, January 17th from 3pm to 8pm at Ridge Funeral Home,(Edward A. Tylka, Manager), 6620 W. Archer Ave., Chicago, IL 60638. Memorial mass, meeting on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 11am at St. Faustina Church, 5252 S. Austin Ave., Chicago, IL 60638. Services conclude after mass.
