Valdez, 72, of Chicago, IL; passed away Friday, October 30, 2015; beloved husband of Maria Esther nee Vazquez; loving father of Jose (Tulip) Valdez, Mariana (John) Castro and Juan Valdez; cherished grandfather of Sophia and Alia Castro; dearest brother of Martha Gonzalez, Maria (Enrique) Aranda, Antonio (Anna) Valdez, Jorge (Maria) Valdez, Oscar (Rosa) Valdez and the late Oscar "Big Oscar" (Margie) Gonzalez; devoted son of the late Jose Elliano and Guadalupe Valdez; also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, many nieces and nephews.
