Please accept our condolences and prayers in honoring Marge and her passing. She was always so much fun and always kind to us when we visited from Minnesota. I have fond memories of her from my year as IPA Queen especially.

My sincere sympathy to the Machay family. Our paths crossed from time to time over the years since the early '70's. Marge was classy, always kind, and funny! I will treasure the last chuckle we shared, not so very long ago. May memories bring comfort to family & friends. ❤

Marge was a good friend of ours, especially in the early 60's just around the time she met Chuck.   We also met at Polonia Grove and have been together almost 50 years.  The dances at The Grove were a meeting place for many couples.   Ah, the wonderful weekends we spent dancing!  Marge, Pat, Barbara, Mary and myself --It was a such a fun time in all of our lives.
Who could forget Eleanor and Bill.  What a great couple.

  Marge spread her warmth all over Brighton Park.  Her kindness and patience ways will shine in her Children and Grandchildren.

Marge was always kind to me from the very first day I met her when I started out in the polka field. She was truly a classy lady; Marge tirelessly ran her banquet hall during the day, and tuned in to the Polka Jammer Network at night.

Marge, you were always so kind and thoughtful. You gave me my first job in the coat room at Polonia in Tinley. You always made sure to save me extra brownies because you knew how much I loved them. When I had the chicken pox, you dropped off my favorite ice cream sandwiches from the store. Your kindness will never be forgotten!

Marge was a very classy and a one of a kind person. She was a very special lady that will be missed.  I attended my first ever event at Polonia when I was very young.

This was a woman that always gave encouragement to many of the young bands who were just starting out back in the day.

I've known Marge for over 50 years.  We met at Palonia.  I attended the many dances she provided and always had a great dinner and great music.  She was a very strong woman and always made sure you had a good time

My condolences to your entire family. Haven't seen your mom in awhile, but she, your dad and our family go back a long time ago when we lived on Trumbull. Michael and Sandy would play with my kids Brian and Karen. I dated your dad but he had eyes only for Margie! I believe your parents and my husband and I got married on the same day(Sept 26,1964! They were a great couple and he waited a long time for her to reunite. I am now in Frankfort and visit the Polonia store in Mokena. Great FOOD. A great tribute to your mom who cooked for several of our family functions at Polonia a while ago. It's a shock to hear about her, She was the BEST!!

A beautiful lady, Polonia has the best food East of Omaha and the Mississippi River, Mrs.Machay will be very much missed, Her personality, charm and lovely smile will always be remembered.

I remember the first time I met Marge.  Over the years we had some good times with Marge and Dave.  The time in Ohio was one of the best times.  RIP Marge. Prayers for Marge, Dave and her family.

Over the years Polonia Banquets went through many changes but the one thing that never changed was Marge and her kindness and concern for anyone who was fortunate to have been blessed by her presence.  Margie went through some tough times and I for one admire her ability to pull through.  The Polka family has lost a loved one, she is up in Heaven dancing and enjoying all that proceeded her.  I am sure Chuck is waiting to take her hand and guide her.  Prayers and God bless all her family and loved ones that she leaves behind.  She will always be remembered
