Scott W. Chambers, 79, of Chicago, passed away on June 19, 2021. He was a loving husband of Diane; beloved father of Kevin (Jill) Chambers and Ann (Albin) Myscich; treasured grandfather of Karli, Kelsi, Cameron, Kyle and Aiden; cherished brother of Nolan Chambers; loving son of the late John and the late Eileen. He was a Chicago Police Officer for 34 years. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are appreciated to the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation.
