Arnold Araki Santos passed away suddenly Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at the age of 45. Arnold is survived by his father Apolinario A. Santos, Sr., brother Junior Santos, sister-in-law April Santos, brother Alejandro Santos, and sister Yulanda Santos His beloved mother, Yukiko Araki Santos, preceded Arnold in death. He was a graduate of Montgomery High School, class of 1988, where he was an active member of the marching band. He worked for several years at Ted Park Chevron and Auto Trader. In July of 2011, Arnold graduated from Pima Medical Institute. His degree led him to Skilled Nursing Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician. Through the years he also worked at special events for Extreme Autofest. Arnold was born and raised in San Diego. He was a diehard San Diego Charger fan. He supported and coordinated many walking teams for local charities like Relay for life and Chelsea’s Light. His smile, honest, and helpful demeanor endeared him to all. Arnold will always be remembered for his kind heart, sensitivity, and mischievous spirit.
