Beatrice was 11 years old when she relocated to San Diego County with her parents; Joe and Edna Van Oosbree. She had a career teaching English to foreign born adults at Mar Vista High School. She married Felix Wisniewski in 1981.
Beatrice was an active member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary. For leisure, Beatrice enjoyed knitting and playing Bingo.
Beatrice is survived by her son Donald Fullerton and her sister Mary Lou Orlando.
