Celia Beltran Flores was born in Mexico on January 20, 1924 she passed away on August 22, 2012. She is survived by her husband Jose Flores Macias, dtr Judy Capppon, son Sergio Flores, son Jose Flores Jr., and son Gerardo Flores. Services will be held at 2pm on Sunday, August 26, 2012. Visitation will be from 1-4pm
