Cesar Del Rosario graduated from St. James School and Feati University. He was married to Teresita Del Rosario on December 26, 1976. Cesar had a career in ship building and Aerospace he worked for GKN Aerospace and Chemtronics Inc.
He was a member of Subic Association of San Diego, He had a passion for basketball, bowling, and watching his favorite TV Teleserye.
Cesar is survived by his wife Teresita, their four Children, Judith, Sherrie, Helene, and Joseph, and his four Grandchildren, Camryn, Warren, Avery, and Stella.
