My name is Rita (or Sue for those close to my family and I). I lived next door with my parents, Keith and Jenny, for almost 6 years. My parents have been there 20 years and sadly, I have not been back since 1997. However, my parents have never said a cruel word about Danny or his family. I was lucky enough to live next door to such kind and decent people. Danny was a great person. I will never forget our 1st meeting going to take out the garbage and running into such a friendly face. His smile was amazing. I will cherish moments like that forever. My condolences are with the entire family at this time. May your loved ones find strength within each other.

My family & I first met Danny & Helen 20yrs ago. We lived right next door as neighboors for 20yrs. The night my daughter Sue, and I were afraid to go outside to emppty the garbage, because comming from the bright New York area, we were scared cause it was dark by the trash cans. We bumped into our new neighbors, Danny & Helen. Danny sadi hi im Danny this my wife Helen. I said I was Jenny & this is Sue my daughter. he said hi. how much you pay for house. After I told him some wrong amount I  didnt know either, i started laughing once I geot inside the house. That was my first memory of Danny Dial, making me laugh. He had a wonderfull sense of humor. Another time he saw me putting garbage inside the trash. He saw a lump on my neck, he came and sais you have a lump in the back of your neck, you have humpback, i have that too. So we started examing each others humback. One lasting memory for my momther & I was when she first came out to SD she was very ill, he saw us walking to and from the mailbox, very slowly. He was introuduced to my mom, and he told her I was in the same condtion as you are right now. He said I started walking a little bit each day and now im doing better. he said to my mom you can get better, never give up. He said to her I take my friends to their appts, and to the beach, because some of them cant drive anymore, I can take you to if you need me. Thats our memories of our beloved Danny caring for friends, family & neighbors. He loved his daughter Annie so much. that told you what a loving, kind human being he was, and he is up there now offering to help someone. Love to Helen, & the rest of her beloved family. please stay strong and lean on each other.
