Elaine Stubbs, 68 of Chula Vista passed away on March 5, 2025. She was born in San Diego, California at Hillside Hospital on December 1, 1956, to Amos Lee Hall Jr and Willie Mae Hall. Elaine graduated from Castle Park High School in 1974. She worked for Security Pacific Bank for several years and then spent 28 years working as a financial secretary for three high schools within the Sweetwater Union High School District. She enjoyed working with her ASB Finance students and teaching them the importance of knowing basic financial skills that they will carry throughout their lifetime.
Elaine enjoyed shopping, crafting and spending time with family and friends. She loved being a mom and even more a grandma. Elaine always had a love for Christ and was working more to deepen her relationship with God and was recently taking RCIA classes. She was baptized into the Catholic Faith by Father Tommie Jennings of Christ the King.
She is survived by her husband Frank Stubbs of Lemon Grove, her son, Timothy W. Parker (Feiy) of Chula Vista, daughter Amanda Stubbs of Lemon Grove and step-son Dave Stubbs of San Luis Obispo, her grandchildren Willow Parker, Winnie Garrett and Hollyn Stubbs, her siblings Anthony Hall, LaMorris Hall (Ann), Bernadine Hall, Paulette Loper (Ronnie), Darryl Hall and a host of family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents Amos Lee Hall Jr and Willie Mae Hall, her daughter, Summer Parker, brothers, Amos Hall III, Billy Hall and Paul Hall. Funeral
will be held at 11 am, March 17, 2025 at Funeraria Del Angel in Chula Vista.
