Jorge Omar Parra Leoza of Chula Vista passed away on Wednesday, December 12th at the age of 59 years old. He is survived by his loving wife Soledad, sons Hussien and Omar Loeza. Omar was born on February 4, 1953 in Tijuana, Mexico to Salvador and Consuelo Loeza. Omar was a very hard working man and work as a painting contractor for over 36 years. He love his entire family and love playing golf every chance he gets.
