Mark was born July 26, 1967 in French Camp, California.
Mark attended Hilltop High School. He owned and operated a landscaping business, specializing in tree trimming. In his spare time, Mark enjoyed working on cars, specifically volkswagon bugs.
Mark was predeceased by his father, Rodney Higar in 2015. His survivors include his mother, Judit Higar, his sister, Rossana Higar, and two brothers, Daniel and Derek Higar. In addition, his legacy includes his nephew Kyle Tillman.
