Born February 14, 1977 to Lynda and Terry Carrington in San Diego, CA she lived the remainder of her life in Chula Vista, CA with her parents and daughter.
Mia will be remembered for her humor, wit, compassion and her tenacious will to live her life to the fullest. There was not a person who meet her that did not instantly love her. From the checker at the local supermarket to the nurses that cared for her during her times in the hospital, she was loved.
She is survived by her daughter Devyn, mother Lynda, father Terry, nephew Cole and sister Lisa. Her surviving family includes a maternal grandmother, 4 aunts, 1 uncle, 13 cousins and eight 2nd cousins. All of whom are sadden by the loss of Mia.
We would like to thank all of Mia's friends and family for the love and support at this difficult time. It has been wonderful to see all the love Mia has inspired!
