Ninang Nolie is truly a very helpful, caring, generous, loving person. When we were still small kids I would often  hear of stories of how she would help out relatives, bringing rice, some staples, just because she knew a family member needed help. They needn’t ask. She was always ready to lend a hand. There was one time my mother mentioned in passing that I needed a dress for JS prom. Ninang Nolie immediately offered and brought outfits for me to try on. I remembered I had a blast because I had many “costume” changes! She was truly kind and thoughtful. Ninang Nolie was very close to my mother. She would often visit Nanay in her office while she waited For Ate Liz and Ate Floy’s classes to end. Nanay loved those afternoons when Ninang Nolie was there because it was always filled with stories that never seemed to end! How Nanay cherished those times with her! They were a perfect match the two of them- Nanay being the quiet one and Ninang Nolie the storyteller! Even when my mother got sick she never failed to always visit her when she was in the Philippines. Nanay appreciated and truly loved those visits. Now that they have both crossed over I know that she is regaling Nanay once more with her stories! 
Ninang Nolie thank you for all the love and care. You have been truly a blessing to all of us. Rest in peace po Ninang. We love you.

It is with great sadness as I write this in memory of my dearest auntie Nolie. A life she lived so beautifully with her family and friends. She had impacted so many lives with her selfless love, compassion, and kindness. Her caring heart couldn’t contain itself in helping and supporting others as she shares what God has blessed her with.  The epitome of what generosity and genuine love is all about.

Auntie, I may not have said this enough, but God knows how much I love and appreciate you. I will sorely miss you although, I know that you are already smiling there in heaven beside uncle Ying, which makes this farewell much lighter to bear.

To my dear cousins, Ate Liz, Ate Floy, Cherry, and Grace, to my dad and auntie Pheng, and to all our family and friends, I pray that God will give us peace and comfort as we remember her days here on earth.

I’m so blessed to have you as my aunt and felt your love and care like a parent to me. 
We often see during visits only and vacations but every time spent with you is a memory worth remembering. 
Rest easy now as we know you are with God our Father and with uncle Ying.

Dear Flor and Martin,

My heart aches with yours in this time of sorrow. I cannot imagine the depth of your grief, but I always pray that you find comfort in the promise God has given us.

“For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.
— 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17

This is not the end. Your beloved Mom and grandma, who rested in the Lord, will awaken on that glorious morning when Jesus returns. There will be no more goodbyes—only joy, reunion, and eternal peace.

Until then, may the Lord hold you close and give you strength one day at a time.
