She was born in Tijuana B.C. on March 4, 1948. Rosa graduated and received her associates degree from South Western College.
She was married to Ramon on 11/23/1968. Rosa worked as a pre-school teacher for the San Ysidro School District and had a passion for gardening, scrapbooking, baking and traveling.
She is survived by her children Ramon Dueñas Jr (Maria), Dolores Dueñas (James) , Eloisa Delcour (Bill).
Grandchildren, Robert, Sebastian, Jordan, Brianna , Diana, Giovanni and Gabriel.
Rosa is preceded in death by all her siblings.
