Born in Guagua, Pampanga, Philippines
Predeceased by parents, Gelorio and Dominga De La Cruz Diacan, 6 brothers, 2 sisters, her loving husband, Jose Madeja and grandson Ronaldo Madeja.
Mrs. Madeja is survived by one sister Asiang, 7 children, Robert Purificacion Tolentino, Ricardo, Cynthia Feleciano, Ernesto, Renato, and Marcial, 19 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Madeja worked at Sony Corporation but her passion was for her family. She lovingly helped raise and took care of her grandchildren. She will be missed greatly by all who loved her.
