Brenda Ann Saunders

Brenda, a native to Sacramento CA, was born November 30, 1958, and passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday August 9, 2011. Brenda was a loving mother, daughter, and friend, survived by her daughter Erica Michelle Saunders, her son Ryan James Saunders, and her parents Melvin and Rosemary Stitt. Those who describe Brenda talk the most about her intelligence and sense of humor, her ability to listen intently and genuinely, and her generosity and eagerness to share the things she loved with the people she loved.

Brenda's passion for her interests was contagious, whether it was food and cooking, musical theater, movies, books, the ocean, animals or travel. Her genuine interest in other people and their thoughts and activities could provoke conversations that started one place, and wound delightfully else where.

We don't say goodbye to Brenda, but we celebrate her life, as she has touched so many and continues to remain a part of those who had the joy of being a friend to her. Please feel free to sign her guestbook online with a memory or laugh you and Brenda shared, so we as her family may share in the joys of her life and her many beautiful friendships.
