Grover "Mick" William Headley

Grover "Mick" Headley was born May 12th, 1937 in Martins Ferry OH, to James Mitchell Headley (wife Isabel Mae Headley) and passed peacefully in Citrus Heights, CA on December 27th, 2025. His life was defined by his devotion to his family / friends and service in the United States Air Force as well as his passion for life and love for travel; he was an avid runner, square dance partner, and golfer. He is survived by his wife of 68 years Judith Headley; his four children, Denise, Mick (wife Tammy), Rebecca (husband Roddey), and Scott (wife Naomi); his grandchildren Christopher, Mike, Michael-Ryan, (wife Megan), and Nathaniel; and his great-grandchildren Jennipher (husband Kenny), Stephen, Layton, Allisyn, Evan, Logan, Avery, and Kennedy. Sisters Jean, Patty, and Sharon; nephew Bob; and niece Jackie. He is preceded in passing by grandson Matthew Headley. He is loved and admired by countless others.

A visitation will be held at Reichert's Funeral & Cremation Services, located at 7320 Auburn Blvd, Citrus Heights, CA, 95610, on January 9, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

A Celebration of Life will take place at the First Baptist Church of Orangevale, 8998 Central Ave, Orangevale, CA, on January 10, 2026, starting at 11:00 am.

The committal service will be conducted at Sylvan Cemetery District, 7401 Auburn Blvd, Citrus Heights, CA, 95610, on January 12, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
