Jim lost his long struggle with Diabetes Mellitus on October 19, 2011 at the age of 70. He graduated from Christian Brothers High School and lived in Sacramento all of his life; proudly serving his country in the US Navy he retired from McClellan AFB. Jim was a kind and friendly man and he loved his Chihuahua’s.
Preceded in death by his parents Lucio and Lavinia Osuna. He will be greatly missed by his siblings, Rosie (Manuel) Lopez, Peggy Osuna, Joanne (Joe) Chavez, Michael (Lynn) Osuna, Sam (Pam) Osuna, nieces, nephews and many other relatives in Southern California.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Visitation on Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011 from 4:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00p.m. at Reichert’s Funeral Chapel, 7320 Auburn Blvd., Citrus Heights, CA, 916-729-2229 and a Funeral Mass on Friday, Nov. 4, 2011 at 9:00a.m. at St. Rose Catholic Church, 5961 Franklin Blvd., Sacramento, CA with interment to follow at the Sacramento Valley VA National Cemetery, Dixon, CA.
