Blackman, Phillip in Woodland October 30, 2010. Mr. Blackman was born April 15, 1949 in Los Angeles, CA and was 61 years old when he lost his battle to cancer. Beloved son of Nancy Young of Citrus Heights. Loved brother of Patsy Reynolds and husband Hoot of Orangevale. Also survived by his niece Sarah McGuire and husband Tyler of Fair Oaks. Mr. Blackman was the Bar Manager at Morison Upstairs for 17 years and he made many, many friends through the years and will be missed by all. His passion was cooking and he loved playing the guitar.
