Russ was born on July 4, 1944, in Jacksonville, Florida, to Gordon and Jacqueline Tucker. He attended Santa Clara High School in Oxnard, CA, where his daughters were born. Later, he moved to Sacramento, CA, where his son was born. He has resided in the Sacramento area ever since.
Russ is survived by his mother Jacqueline Tucker, sister Dee Keller, two daughters Shannon Tucker, Brandi Tucker, and son Ryan Tucker. He is further survived by his three grandchildren, Anthony and Kaylee Brown, and Brooke Tucker, extended family, and many close friends. He was preceded in death by his father Gordon Lee Tucker, and brother Ronald Oscar Tucker.
Services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, November 22, at St. Joseph Marello Catholic Church, located at 7200 Auburn Folsom Road, Granite Bay, CA, 95746. Relatives and friends are welcome at the service and reception directly following out at his ranch at 6082 Oak View drive, Granite Bay, CA, 95746.
