She was a nurse in Hong Kong, and at St. Joseph Hospital and Chinese Hospital in San Francisco. She was very active with cooking & baking, sewing, knitting and arts & crafts. Her specialty was baking cream puffs and chiffon cakes.
Frances is survived by her children Henry (Vivien), Diana, Minnie & Janice; grandchildren Joshua Gok, Kenneth ( Laura) Woo, Christopher (Heidi) Woo & Lawrence (Jackie) Woo; and great grandchildren Theodin, Elise, Gemma and Fenix Woo.
