Phimphone Sihapanya passed away on January 9, 2017 in San Francisco, CA. Brother, Oudone Chanthalangsy, sister, Kaysone Teso and two sons, Sisounthone and Nirakone Sihapanya survive her. Memorial services will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park Chapel on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 9:30AM.
