He was born in Odessa, Texas on February 18, 1972 to Arvil and Jackie Farmer.
Billy was a man who was not only big in stature but big in personality, he was the type of man who made friends with ease, and those friendships were filled with love. Those who knew him knew that the three things he loved the most were his son Matt, golfing, and fishing. He spent many years working for the railroad as a conductor and an engineer to provide the best he could for his family. When he wasn’t at work he enjoyed anything outdoors such as barbecuing, hunting, or turning a wrench working on a vehicle. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.
Billy is survived by his son Matt Farmer of Colorado City, by a brother Mike Farmer and wife Linda of Crane and by a sister Marie Ehli and husband David of Cottage Grove, Oregon, as well as by numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Arvil and Jackie Farmer.
The family will be present for a visitation in the Kiker-Seale Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, July 24th from 5-7pm.
A Celebration of Life for Billy will be held in the Kiker-Seale Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, July 25th at 10 am with Pastor Greg Lewis officiating.
