She was born on September 6, 1957 in Caldwell, Idaho to parents Charles and Betty Hubbard Couch.
As the matriarch of her family Charlotte was a great wife and mother and a fun grandmother. Her family was her life and she showed it every day. She enjoyed all the family get-togethers, especially when it was around any holiday as that gave her an excuse to go shopping which she was obsessed with. For most of her life she was a stay at home wife and would assist her husband PJ when needed. She always made sure to have his meals ready for him each day before, after, and during work as she loved cooking. When she had to go out she was always looking her best complete with her hair and nails being done, but when at home you knew her house was in order as everything had its place. In her spare time she was involved in church functions, enjoyed watching a good murder mystery, playing BINGO, driving fast, and collecting antiques, especially Coca-Cola products. She will be truly missed by all around her.
Charlotte is survived by her husband Patrick Jay (P.J.) Crow of Colorado City, a son Michael Crow of Colorado City, and by daughters Tonya Couch of Colorado City, Christina Bolt of Caldwell Idaho, Dixie Crow of Colorado City, and Dokota Crow of Colorado City, and by grandchildren Kimberley Hickson, Kathrine Plagens and husband Tyler, Jeffery Hickson, Constance Bolt, Charles Ketner Jr., Justin Bolt, Haley Hinkley, Jaydon Ketner, Blake Ketner, Charles Bolt, and Kaylyn Bolt as well as by several great grandchildren.
