

Eliodoro Reyes, age 61 of Westbrook passed away on April 17, 2014 at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd at 11AM at the Westbrook First Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Westbrook Cemetery under the care and direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
Eliodoro was born on November 25, 1952 in Colorado City, TX to Jose and Petra Reyes. He farmed and worked on the ranch most of his life until becoming a heavy equipment operator for Mitchell County in recent years. On February 23, 2001 Eliodoro married Dian Renee Ubnoski. They enjoyed many blessed years together. Eliodoro Reyes was an outstanding father and family man. He would provide by his well-known work ethics which included farming, welding, oilfield; and whatever else it took to raise his family. As well, he enjoyed having fun with family and friends. He enjoyed hunting with friends, livestock shows with his sons and their friends, gardening and yard work, and having fun with his grandkids. Eliodoro was a man that had ambition to never slow down and would do anything for anyone. He will be remembered as an all-around man.
Those left to cherish Eliodoro’s memory are his loving wife Dian Reyes; two sons, Eli Reyes and Jeremy Reyes and wife Becky all of Westbrook; six grandchildren, Cheyenne Reyes, Siera Reyes, Dakota Reyes, J.T. Mize, Mikaili Reyes, and Cailyn Reyes; brothers, Juan Casterno of Sweetwater, TX, Ernesto Reyes of Vincent, TX, and Enrique “Ricky” Reyes of Midland, TX; and two sisters, Emerlinda Gutierrez of Big Spring, TX and Erlinda Jaurez of Austin, TX.
He is preceded in death by his parents Jose Reyes and Petra Martinez Reyes and one sister, Esperanza Gill.
A visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st from 5 – 8PM at Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
