Joseph Wayne Diaz, age 25 of Sweetwater and formerly of Colorado City, died Saturday morning, July 11, 2015, at his residence. Services will be at 2 PM Tuesday, July 14, 2015 in the Kiker-Seale Chapel with Rev. Paul Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Mitchell County Cemetery under the care and direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
Joseph was born July 1, 1990 in Lubbock to Ernesto Diaz and Terri Hulme and had been a longtime resident of Colorado City until moving to Sweetwater 2 years ago. He was a 2011 graduate of Colorado High School. He was disable and could not work.
He is survived by his mother, Terri Hulme of Sweetwater, a sister, Felicia Diaz of Sweetwater, a brother, Brandon Hulme of San Angelo; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
