

Myretta A. McLeod,59, of Colorado City passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, November 8, 2015 at her home. She was born on February 17, 1956 in Modesto California the daughter of Ira and Eva Deer Sadler.
Myretta was a very smart and strong willed person whose main goals in life were to raise her family right, often standing up for them if something did not seem just right. She was the owner of McLeod Escort Services who was often seen going up and down the roads escorting tractor-trailers along the highways. In her spare time she could be found reading almost anything and everything as that is what she wanted to learn. She could also be seen gardening, tending to trees, spending time with her outdoor cats, or working on one of many properties she owned around town.
Myretta is survived by her husband of over 30 years Clifford McLeod and her children; Melissa Henson of Big Spring, Betty McConnell of Mayflower Arkansas, and Robert McConnell of Houston. Also surviving is her brother Leon of Oregon, three grandchildren Jerry, Trina, and Andrew Henson all of California and their children Kaylee, Ellie, Izaiha, and Ira.
She was proceeded in death by her siblings Thelma Sadler, Jim Sadler, Bob Sadler, and Johnny Sadler.
Services for Myretta will be private and at the convenience of the family
