

She was born in Sweetwater, Texas on July 16, 2025.
Shelby was a sweet loving angel who was the bright side of so many people’s day. She had the biggest smile that was the center of attention in any room she was in, especially at the women’s group meetings. Other than spending time with family Shelby loved the soothing sounds of worship music. While she may have only been with us for a short time, she touched many lives and will be cherished for a lifetime.
Shelby is survived by her parents Jonathan and Ashea Gray, and by her sister Sierra Cooper of Colorado City, by paternal grandparents Everett Gray and wife Tinker of San Angelo and Rebecca Gray of Colorado City, by maternal grandparents Michael and Shariet Bowlen of Odessa, and by great grandfathers Cecil Hale of Colorado City and Sammy Cooper of Dumas. She is also survived by her aunts and uncles; Jennifer Gray and Paul Schafer of San Angelo, Chris Gray of Colorado City, Cole Cooper and wife Destiny of Odessa, Kody Bowlen of Odessa, and Kylie Bowlen of Odessa, as well as by several cousins and extended family members who loved her dearly.
A celebration of Shelby’s life will be held at Christian Temple Church on Saturday, May 2nd at 11am with Jeremy Strain officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Shelby’s honor be considered to Christian Temple - 1927 Hickory St. - Colorado City, TX 79512 - Kids Camp, Women’s Group, or any other activity you prefer.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
