Vickie was born on February 23, 1949 in Los Angeles, California to Edgar and Virginia Harmon.
Her greatest joy was to be a mom and grandma. Her children knew that no matter what happened in life their mother was always there rooting for them. She a caring and loving person that would give anything she had to help anyone in need.
Vickie is survived by her sons Scott Fish and Cody Reynolds. Daughters Jennifer Martinez and Priscilla Hall. Grandchildren Dean and Conner Reynolds, Samantha Fish, Nicklus and Caleb Martinez, Raven, Gaven and Kendall Hall. Two sisters Diane Webster and Donna Bates. Also a dear friend Maggie Sosa.
Vickie is preceded in death by her parents Edgar Harmon and Virginia Harmon. Brother Bob Harmon and one granddaughter Haley Martinez.
