COLUMBIA - Anne Maxwell Elizabeth Julian, infant daughter of Marsh and Carla Julian, passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2016. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at First Baptist Church, with a burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, is assisting the family.
