Graveside services will be held 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 in Greenlawn Memorial Park with Dr. Richard Humphries officiating.
A Columbia native, she was the daughter of the late Irvin Cook Clegg, Sr. and Clara Kay Clegg. She was a member of First Baptist Church and was a retired State Employee.
In addition to her parents, She was predeceased by her husband, Willis C. Barrett; sisters, Marjorie Clegg Kammer, and Laura Elizabeth Clegg; and brothers, Ervine Jr., Harold, and Carl Clegg.
Surviving are her sister-in-law, Mary Clegg of West Columbia, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff of Lexington Extended Care, Lexington Medical Center, and Agape Hospice for the care provided to Louise during her illness.
