Chad was truly a gentle soul!! I knew him through his father in childhood and had the pleasure of working with him in his adulthood and I can say from my personal experience that he was always positive and kind and generous! I was heartbroken to hear of his too soon passing! He will be sincerely missed. 1 Cor. 15:55-57. See you again brother!!

Chad was the first friend I made after moving to Denver.  We had a lot of good times skiing, golfing and hanging out.   Chad almost always was in a good mood and quick to laugh and smile.  I'm beyond sad at the news of his passing.

I knew Chad almost as long as I've known James; which is 30 years. From day one- I always looked up to Chad. He was a natural born leader and would give you the shirt off of his back. He was wise and tough. So sad to hear he has passed. And just like that, the world is a sadder place...

Chad was an amazing guy who changed a lot of lives for the better through his career. He always had a smile on his face and an optimistic attitude. We shared a lot of laughs and experiences together.  Prayers to Bill,  Liliana, James, Trystan, and his other friends and family during this difficult time. I will miss you, my friend 🙏

I was heartbroken to hear of Chad's passing. We always had an amazing time together and I will forever cherish those memories.  My thoughts and prayers are with Chad's family and friends. I know he's watching over all of those that he loved.🙏💙🙏

Chad were always very special for us, we share great moments in Cancun and Mexico and some of them also in South Caroline., we always remember him as a excelent  person and have the best memories of you. We’re never prepared to lose a good friend and to talk about them in the past tense. If only I could have made that last conversation just a little longer and expressed how much I appreciated him. Chad was the first friend I made when I came to Columbia, SC back in 2003. For a while I thought he was older than me, due to the way I looked up to him. Such a great guy. This is a testament to the Hayes family. Bill, Liliana, James and Chad are among the finest people I’ve had the privilege of knowing. My family and I will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

He once told me I will come to Mexico once a year, and he did. We had so many memories together, Cancun, Acapulco, pearl jam in CDMX, countless parties, he was at my wedding, he truly filled my life with honest friendship and love.  He was quick with that smile of him, that made everyone feel special. His happiness. 

Tis hard to imagine we won't meet again, but I am sure we will. 

I send my best to Bill, Liliana and James may your hearts remember him with love. To his boy, man you had a great day and if you ever want to come to Mexico please fell free.

I’m deeply saddened by the passing of my dear family member, Chad, last Friday.
When I was around 18 to 20 years old, we lived together as roommates, and during that time, we shared so many moments that I will always carry in my heart. Chad had a kind spirit and a warm soul, and he always made those around him feel welcome. I will forever be grateful for the time we spent together and for the memories we created.
Rest in peace, Chad. You will be greatly missed.

I knew Chad for only 2 years but he made me feel like i known him for a life time. I will miss  our talks in the morning he always made  time for me He will always be in my memories

Chad , was and still is my cousin . He gave me an opportunity to work in his family business but most important he allowed to meet family members that I only heard stories about . Since , the first time I reach out to him he helped me on every aspect possible he could and he did it on a sweet, kind and love way . He showed me his town and what it means to be proud to be from South Carolina. We talked about sports and things he did with my uncles from Mexico . I’m gonna miss joking with him every morning before work , that laugh that gets you thru the day . I miss him and I wish we could have gotten together more often.  I know he is with Jesus now and he will be looking after me and everyone he cared about along the way .  Love you brother , rest in piece .

Chad, My only brother. Love you! We had great times growing up together. Many fun times at Grandma's condo at Daytona Beach shores. We had lots of fun on the beach, surfing and body boarding all day. We would stay out in the ocean all day. We didn't want to go back in because we loved it out there. Mom and Dad had to come out and tell us to come in because dinner was waiting and everyone was ready to sit down for dinner. And also, all the family trips to Mexico. We had a lot of fun in Mexico. All of us in Cancun and Acapulco and staying with the aunts in Mexico City.  Mom , Dad, Trystan, and myself and the rest of the family will miss you very, very much. Love you my brother!!

My deepest condolences and sympathy to Chad's family. I met Chad through my friend he was dating while attending the University of South Carolina. We all became great friends and shared some of the best memories together. I will always remember Chad's smile, laugh, welcoming personality, generosity and sense of humor.
