He was a USC graduate in 1950 and afterward served in the Korean Conflict. Frank attended former Columbia Bible College and was involved in mission work in the states. He taught school in various S.C. schools.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date. Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, is assisting.
