COLUMBIA - Mrs. Pamela Perrot Blackwell, 72, died Sunday, December 17, 2023. Born in Camp Breckenridge, Ky., she was a daughter of the late Paul Joseph and Rosella Catherine Hilgenhold Perrot. She retired after 40 years of service with Colonial Life and Accident Insurance Company. She loved being a grandmother and enjoyed adult coloring.
Surviving are her husband, John Andrew “Andy” Blackwell; sons, Brian Blackwell, Jason Blackwell; four grandchildren; three sisters; four brothers; numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Pamela's Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 28, 2024 at Chestnut Hill Plantation Clubhouse, 851 Lost Creek Drive, Columbia, SC 29212, with a drop-in prior at 12:00 p.m.
