Wonderful to see this selection of photos telling a beautiful love story that was Bobby and Nancy and the incredible life they shared.  We still miss them all and think of them often.  Friends forever . .

I cannot tell you how sorry I am to learn of the passing of Bobby.  I went to school with him although he was a grade or two ahead of me.   He has always been so friendly whenever we would see him.  Before Nancy passed we would see them in Lizards Thicket on Sundays.  After she passed he could tell us the number of years, months, days and minutes that they were married.

You are blessed to have had a wonderful grandfather.  

I knew something was different because I pass his house every time  I leave mine.  Please know that I am praying for peace for the family.  One things for sure; you will see him again one day.

I met Bobbie and  Nancy in 1970 or so, when he and I worked at Atlas Lumber Company.  From the first day, they showed me love and treated me like family.    They both had such beautiful smiles.
Please accept our deepest condolences for your loss.  For sure he and his bride of he-always-knew-exactly-how-many-years-months-weeks-and-days are again together!  
May all of you feel  strength from the good memories of Bobby and Nancy.

Bobby was a great help to Christ the king women’s group if we need ed anything painted or made Bobby did it. He never let us down. He was a godsend. 

Bobby was such a kind man.  He and I both lost the loves of our lives in December of 2015 and I spoke to him so many times in the coming year.  He was kind enough to occasionally call to check on me and we were able to talk openly about our grief.  I was very grateful for those times talking through things with him and he was always so thoughtful and such a kind hearted gentleman, having gone through so much himself.  He will be greatly missed by all who loved him

Although he settled in the Lower Richland area, much of Bobby's life and experiences were deeply rooted in the Olympia Mill Village. Our  parents shared many experiences growing up together, and we knew Bobby and his family all our lives. My first recollections of him are that of a teenage boy driving a “hot” new car around the neighborhood with his sweetheart “Nancy.” 
Later, as young married couples our paths frequently crossed in our East Columbia neighborhood. In 1997 they were part of our three-couple "six-pack" --Bobby & Nancy, Sherrin & Wayne, Sherry & Jake--who met monthly  to begin plans for the Olympia Mill Village Museum. Each of these friends were a big part of our initial planning.
For many years we enjoyed being Bobby’s guests at the Annual Lower Richland Spring Party.  There was delicious food, live music, dancing, and lots of laughter.  Those were the days, my friend. . .
We did some long distance traveling with Bobby and Nancy.  In 1996, we all flew out to Las Vegas and rented a new Cadillac to tour the nearby national parks.  We wound our way through Zion Nation Park and on to Page, Arizona, where we got in a raft at Glenn Canyon Dam to ride the rapids down the Colorado River.   In 1997, our six-pack cruised the inland waterway in Alaska.
In later years everyone in our little group was affected by health issues, loss of loved ones, and the regular trials we all face as the years pile up.  We did not see as much of each other, but the iron bonds of our childhood friendships remained intact.
We will miss Bobby's sweet spirit and the love he always expressed to each of his family in friends. He is now beside his beloved “My Nancy,” with Katie and Bob close by. 
Go rest high on that mountain, Bobby. Your work on earth is done.
  


Bubby was a friend/brother since 1968 when the Padgett Family became his neighbors. Oh the tales we could tell…..we adopted Bobby and Nancy, or they adopted us…….and so our great moments together began. Moye and Jackie along with their four daughters became a part of the Peacock clan. We shared so many great memories as well as sad times in our families.
Frank was your heart and he adored you and Nancy. He is a better man because of you.
I know Bobby is so happy to meet his Lord and Savior , as well as being reunited with his Nancy, Katie and Bob. Peace my dear friend, yes, sweet peace.
