

She was born in Richmond, Quebec, Cananda on August 21, 1923 a daughter of Lawrence William and Eva May (Johnson) Wells. She attended schools in Canada.
Arlene came to the United States in 1967 arriving in Vermont before she came to New Hampshire in 1970. She was employed in retail for many years and later worked for the State of New Hampshire Dept. of Motor Vehicles for over twenty years.
She loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them.
She was predeceased by her two husbands, Ronald Charles Jobel and George Edward Jobel; her son, Lawrence A. Jobel; her daughter, Linda Arlene Jobel; her brother, Clayton L. Wells and her sister, Helen A. Badger
She is survived by 3 sons, Ronald C. Jobel of Bow, NH, George C. Jobel of Concord, and Jeffrey R. Jobel and his companion June of Penacook, NH.
She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, November 21 from 12 Noon until 3:00 P.M. with a funeral service to follow at 3:30 P.M. at Bennett Funeral Home, (Brick Building), 3 Church Street, Concord, NH. Interment will be held on Monday, November 22 at 1:00 P.M. at Blossom Hill Cemetery in Concord.
