Eva V. Cusano

Eva Vonciel Cusano, age 93, of Concord, NH, passed away peacefully in her sleep Monday morning in her home surrounded by loved ones. She is survived by seven children, Donna Birch & spouse, Philip Gatz, Maryellen Babbitt, Daniel Cusano, Thomas Cusano & spouse, Karen Cusano, Alicia Gatti, John Cusano & spouse, Glenda Carter-Cusano & Laurie Willmott. She also had the joys of 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Phillip D. Cusano, and all 12 of her Rippetoe siblings. Her name 'Vonciel' means 'from heaven' and it fit her perfectly. Her giving spirit, love for others, quick-witted humor and simple happiness will be remembered by all and cherished in our memories. "Mother, where life begins and love never ends." In addition to gardening she loved doing crossword puzzles and playing scrabble with friends and family.

She especially enjoyed listening to the Nevers Band concerts and gardening was her passion. "Old gardeners never die. They just get repotted." Graveside service will be held Saturday, 03/23/13 at 3:00 pm at Pine Grove Cemetery, Cemetery St., Concord, NH (off exit 16, Interstate 93) friends are welcome.
