

Harvey was born on August 11, 1931, son to the late Sanford and Rose (Miskin) Ellick. He was a member of the United Sates Army, having been drafted from New York University during his second year of College. He was a social worker for the City of New York for 20 years specializing in Elder care before his retirement. Following his retirement he moved to Tampa, Florida where he met his loving wife, Sandra.
Harvey enjoyed baseball, being an avid Yankee and a Tampa Bay Rays fan. He loved old western movies with John Wayne and Gene Autry He especially enjoyed James Cagney films and musicals, his favorite being Yankee Doodle Dandy which he loved to sing. Above all spending time with his loving family was most important.
Harvey was a loving devoted husband and father. He loved the Lord and emanated God’s love to everyone. Harvey always had a good word to say or would sing you a song to make you smile. His joy of life was contagious, even when his health was failing his smile would lighten up the room.
Harvey is survived by his loving wife of 11 years, Sandra J. (Piotrowski) Ellick of Bedford; son, Jonathan Ellick of Florida; Grandson, Abram of Florida; two step-daughters, Wendy D. Tirollo of Bedford and Elizabeth A. Morris and her fiancé, Andrew J. Feest of Bedford; brothers, Jerry Ellick and his wife, Dora of Newburg, NY and Irwin Ellick; nephews, Jason Ellick and Michael Ellick; Niece, Sharon Ellick; cousin, Florence (Miskin) Grenis and husband, Bert of Hamilton, NJ. In addition to his parents he is predeceased by his son-in-law, Tony Tirollo and his former wife, Francine Ellick.
A private Burial with Military Honors was held at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen.
