John W. Chadwick

He was born in Concord on March 14, 1929 a son of Arthur C. and Helen (Dickenson) Chadwick. He attended schools in Bow and Concord, but was a lifelong resident of Bow.

Mr. Chadwick was employed for over 30 years with PSNH. He worked as Supervisor of Southern Division – Hydro, retiring in the 1980s.

He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, camping and traveling.

John was predeceased by his first wife, Cecile and a daughter, Ann.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Rita, of Bow; a son, John Chadwick of Bristol; a daughter, Fay Descoteaux of Greenfield; 3 step sons, David Sarette of Bow Douglas Sarette of Sanbornton and Paul Sarette of Bow; 2 granddaughters, Kate and Trisha and several step grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Blossom Hill Cemetery in Concord. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Boy Scout Troop # 75, Bow, NH 03304.
