Lois R. Mrozek

Lois Rae Mrozek (nee Salontay), 89, of Hopkinton, NH, peacefully passed away surrounded by loved ones after a long struggle with IPF (Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis) September 8, 2023. She was born on December 26, 1933, in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Parents: Mother, Edith Runyon Thomas Salontay and Father Louis Richard Salontay, both predeceased. Lois is survived by her loving daughter and grandson.

Lois will be fondly remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, and doting grandmother. Lois’ predeceased Husband and Soulmate Frank called her a real Flower Nut. Her gentle spirit, warm smile, and unwavering commitment to her family will forever be cherished by those who knew her.

The family of Lois Mrozek invites you to join them in paying tribute to her remarkable life. Calling hours will be held on September 13, 2023, from 5-7pm at the Bennett Funeral Home, located at 209 N Main Street, Concord, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on September 14, 2023, at 10:00am at the sacred grounds of Christ the King Parish, located at 72 South Main Street, Concord, NH. Interment follows at 12:30pm at the NH State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Hwy, Boscawen, NH. A reception will follow at Chen Yang Li restaurant located at 520 South Street, Bow, NH.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Lois’s honor to the Granite State VNA Hospice Program; 30 Pillsbury Street, Concord, NH, 03301.

As we bid farewell to Lois, let us remember her as a pillar of strength, a beacon of love, and a source of inspiration for all who had the privilege of knower her. May her soul find eternal peace and her memory forever endure in our hearts.
