Margaret Jean Freer

Margaret was born in Grenada, Mississippi on May 8, 1937. She was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Frances Mitchell, her husband, Thomas W. Freeman (married 1958-1986), her husband Lynn Grant Freer (married 1995-2014), and her daughter-in-law Alison Dwyer. She is survived by her two sons, Dr. Thomas Freeman Jr. and Dr. Philip Freeman, her daughters-in-law Dr. Diane Freeman and Catherine MacLeod, her stepdaughter Anita Freer, and her five grandchildren, Aaron Freeman, Shannon Freeman, Ryan Freeman, Connor Freeman, and Mackenzie Freeman, and three great-grandchildren.

Margaret happily grew up in a small town in Mississippi, but enjoyed travelling around the world with her family. She had a special place in her heart for volunteering. For many years she delivered meals and volunteered at St. Vincent's Hospital and the Arkansas Art Center in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Her funeral will be held at Bennett Funeral Home 209 N. Main Street in Concord, New Hampshire with burial in Calvary Cemetery in Omaha, Nebraska at a later date.
