Marion V. Neer

Born in Brooklyn, NY she was the daughter of Curtis F. and Florence (Curran) Sisco.

Since 1963 Mrs. Neer lived in New Hampshire, living in Contoocook for most of that time. She had a love for horses, dogs, art and painting. She was an active member of the Golden Group in Contoocook.

Survivors include her son Stewart Neer and his wife Louise of Lexington, KY; her daughter Kathryn L. Mores of Concord; six grandchildren, Lisa Courtney and Kristina Linnemann both of Beverly Farms, MA, Heather Hankus of Derry, NH, Heidi Stackpole of Chester, NH, Charity Fodor of Lexington, KY and Elesha Martel of Manchester, NH; and 10 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband Harold E. Neer in 1995; and by her daughter Florence E. Neer in 2002.

A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 2pm at the Bennett Funeral Home, 209 N. Main Street, Concord.

Interment will follow at Contoocook Village Cemetery in Contoocook.
